How We Do It

After 18+ years’ experience, our building process is one that’s well-organized, transparent, and ensures clear communication throughout the construction project.



Once you have purchased your land, we arrange an initial meeting where the Concept Design is discussed and budgets are agreed.


From these concept drawings a set of construction plans and quantity surveyor budgets are produced for further discussion prior to agreement.


A Contract is then drawn up between all parties, Colman Design, the client, project manager and construction contractor and a Payment Schedule is agreed as part of the contract.

Throughout the construction process, time parameters are agreed upon and progress reports and photographs are sent to the client to ensure that they are kept informed and up-to-date.
