Colman Design was founded by Bob & Kathy Colman in 2004 and since that time many prestigious construction projects have been undertaken throughout Eleuthera.
Bob had an early career as a stage and Exhibition designer based in London England and has designed structures throughout Europe and Scandinavia, and has built up a substantial international reputation as an Architectural Designer of imagination and flair.
He brought his European experience to Eleuthera 18 years ago and established a design and construction company in Governor’s Harbour that has successfully constructed over 80 houses throughout Eleuthera to service the vacation and home market.
Kathy Colman heads up the Interior Design and has many years’ experience working in both Europe & Great Britain in Collaboration with numerous clients.
Her specialty is the ability to use space creatively and practically, to ensure the proportions and scale serve to make the people who will use the building feel welcome and enjoy the experience.
